only worth it at high spend
Commenters put Hyros's sweet spot around fifty thousand dollars a month or more in spend with complex funnels, and call it overkill below that.

Hyros is the pick if you sell high-ticket or info products with long call and CRM journeys, not if you run a simple low-AOV store.
Hyros targets the funnel that does not end at a checkout. If your sale happens after a lead opt-in, an email sequence, a sales call or a webinar, standard pixels lose the thread. Hyros tracks server-side and stitches the journey across payment processors and CRMs, which is why info-product sellers, coaches and high-ticket advertisers credit it with finding revenue Meta and Google never attributed.
For a simple low-AOV Shopify store with a short buying cycle, that machinery is wasted. Buyers on Reddit put the honest threshold around $50k/mo in spend with genuinely complex funnels; below that, a Shopify-first dashboard is the better and cheaper fit.
Two cautions. Pricing on the main site is quote-driven and opaque, so you will talk to sales rather than read a number. And like every tool in this category, Hyros is an attribution model, not the truth. It will diverge from platform reporting, and it is not a cure for post-iOS tracking loss. Use it to make better allocation decisions on a long funnel, not to win an argument about whose number is correct.

Buyers warn Hyros and Triple Whale still diverge from Meta's numbers and are overpriced if bought expecting to fix post-iOS attribution loss outright.
